You should replay from "Crime Scene" on. If you just do the one chapter, the effects probably won't carry over to the next chapter.

yes it is, also why does every guide tell you not to go for Perfect Crime, even if you don't want to spoil the easiest way is to just tell people to let Hassan Die, get caught in fugitive, and wipe all the prints.

Then just finish the game, to get perfect crime just start from on the loose and you can get every perfect crime.

You should also tell people to get NERD and TRIAL MASTER in the first play through.

Therefore you can get all the endings in a sinch and pretty much get all of them by playing ON The loose over again.

the story does not change Drastically for doing those 3. You can still get four heroes.

Great roadmap, though I have a minor correction for you concerning the Perfect Crime Trophy.
You don't have to be caught with Ethan, I did get the trophy and I saved the Kid, did all the trials and had "A New Start". So it is possible to have both the killer and Shaun + Ethan Survive, but for that you must not collect evidence, so that the cops won't show up at the warehouse! Don't collect evidence with Jayden, only analyse the clues he automatically gets, then he will get to the warehouse by himself (without the help of Madison) and Blake won't have a clue and stay at the police station. Although the News reporter says who the killer is the trophy pops up!

Edit: I think it has to do with the tire-tracks, if you investigate those the cops are likely to go to the warehouse at the end... I did pick up the gas-station receipts though, those might even be necessary for Jayden to find the warehouse without help. But not the tire-tracks!
