Regular Game vs Directors Cut

I encountered a glitch while going for All Endings where

Madison always knows where Shaun is without looking at the laptop.

So after deleting game data and reinstalling several times, playing on different systems and a new user, the same thing happens every time. Since the last time I reinstalled the game data I can't get past the Shrinks and Punches chapter. The game keeps freezing at the end of the chapter. I thought I'd try a new disc, but the Gamestop near me only has the Directors Cut. I've been playing the regular game. Assuming everything works the way it should and I meet the criteria for the trophy, would it unlock on the list I have or would the Directors Cut show up as its own list?

It would unlock on the trophy list you already have. There is no separate trophy list for the Director's Cut version.

I know the lists themselves are the same. but are they interchangeable? If anyone has the Directors Cut, does it show up on your list as "Heavy Rain" or "Heavy Rain Directors Cut"?

It shows up as "HEAVY RAIN" which is the original name for the trophy set.

I have the Director's Cut version. My friend has the original version, from when it first came out. Both trophy set names are the same.

I have two accounts. My JORDAN23224 account is mainly used for trophy hunting. I have an account just to play games for fun, play games with friends, or play games where the platinum trophy is impossible now. Here's a link to a trophy card of my other account with Heavy Rain on it:
