Proper explanation and walkthrough please?? !!!Spoilers!!!!

Right I have finished the game with just Ethan and Madison, saves Shaun and killed the OK at the top of the Crane. Now I am playing through again from Crime Scene to get all the API things.
I have been at Hassans shop and I talked the criminal round for the trophy but for the Perfect Crime Trophy I need to just stand back and let it happen and get arrested and the likes, am I better getting this out of the way and fixing it for all 4 people to survive and the rest of the endings later or should I keep everyone alive and go through all this again?
I know Im posting a second time in this just real confused and really really really want to platinum this game. I still need the following trophies if someone wants to make up step by step what I am to do.

Wise Guy
Im Not Scared
Lover Boy
Clever Dad
Simple Mind
So Close
Nerd
Perfect Crime
Four Heros
Interactive Drama (for some strange reason)

Would love any help at all as wanna get this out of the way and add a great platinum to my name

I have read it many times but doesnt seem to explain this scenario and some things are unclear hense me making this post.
