a good read but i would recommend taking the signature off from the guide posts.

To the collectables stay with you across playthroughs?
So if I get 50% of them in one I can get 50% in the other?

Yes, they roll over to all playthroughs and if you do chapter select. If you already collected them, they will not show up in that location.

Also, if you want to know what chapters you are missing collectibles in go to select chapter and they will show up under the chapter's name.
