Online Laggy??

Is it me or online really laggy like 1 sec delay. I make room with connection priority and still have massive delay in game even though it show the other players have full bar connection.

I played with one of my friends the other day and it was smooth.

Maybe their internet speed is up to notch but yours isn't. That's my only guess.
Is you NAT type a 1 or 2 at least, and what's your speed?

Everyone i've played with who had a green bar I had no problems with.

Just pointing out the obvious, but...

-Are you sharing a network with roommates?
-Are you DLing anything when playing?
-Have a fast internet connection?

I have a decent connection (shared, but no one DLing) and I've only had lag-free play with people in my area (surrounding states).
