I've been playing GH games since the 1st one in 05. So I'd say it's just experience honestly. That first will give around 45K because that part consists of at least 400 notes. I get around 35K at that part, but 45K sounds good.

Yes there are some ppl, that have plat this, just not a lot. I'll be one of the few soon As soon as my pedals come, which should be today. I will plat this game. I'm at 90%

I just got my platinum a few minutes ago. I've got one GH game out of GHM GHSH and GHVH to plat, and that's GHVH. Anyone that's votes less than an 8, doesnt know they're talking about. This is from a dude that is pretty good in his own right. I wish the mods can do something about these idiotic votes. For real.

I played my first ever GH game 2 years ago, played just a handful of songs. Thought nothing of it until a year ago when I bought myself a PS3 for wipEout HD; and got RB1 & RB2 (since the idea of drums was very appealing).

I had no problems beating some of the songs in GH2 on expert guitar, and that was my first ever time playing (that was even before I learned that I shouldn't use my pinky to play blue & orange). I think being a good sightreader on the piano helped a little.

And about a month ago did I start alt strumming, something I should've mastered a long time ago. But it was pretty easy, I just have to alt strum in time lol.

It's just that TTFAF (and a handful of other songs) are insanely hard, and you literally have to learn them. Those songs are just like trying to play Liszt or Rachmaninoff on the piano - unless you're actually Liszt, there's no way you can sightread them!

This is one of the easiest trophies to get in terms of skill - just find yourself a boosting partner. The game's online is bugged though, so you'll be lucky to connect to a game. I was very lucky a couple of weeks back - some chappy asked if I wanted to boost this trophy, I said sure, and we exchanged wins. It took 1½ hours to get the trophy (on the way, we picked up the other online trophies for face off and pro face off games).

I didn't consider the lack of online players when I voted here, because I don't really see that as a difficulty, especially since it would just take some creative boosting to get them. If I did though, I would bump my vote to 10.

I did vote based on how difficult it is to become proficient at all instruments. Which really is just practice, practice, practice. But I have to say, that's more than just grinding because it's really about developing a skill. At least learning the drumming is actually helping me with more than just plastic instruments. (to be honest, guitar has helped out my sense of rhythm quite a bit as well as finger nimbleness for real guitar)

It's really too bad about the lack of online because if this game had more people online, then the trophies would be really fun to go for.

It would be a good idea if you post on the trophy boosting section...... That being said, you can have beginner vocals, and if you find someone that can play expert on gtr, then you can switch to bass on expert. It's reallt not bad. Just a suggestion..
