The expansion hasn't been released yet. So the hightest you can get is 60%.

I doubt this Car Pack will ever get released, it is a KONAMI game after all.

Also, only people who want 100% can purchase this DLC. Just for adding cars, it's cheap. A circuit editor will be more fun.

Pretty Easy 100%. I unlocked most of the hard trophies with Toy Dog. It's easier to get around without bumping into things.
