I can't seem to get the one you labeled 1 on the last island. I'm on chapter 17. Do they only activate as you play? I see a spot it should be but its not glowing like it should.

So confused. I have all the other ones naturally through playing but this one I can't find.

Registered to help since it took me a few minutes to find it. You have to drop down to the lower street to get it. Hope you can find it (if you still haven't already)
