This Stats Server Problem

I have been reading that some of the annoying online trophies can be gained only in 1 session of about 9hrs total or less this is because of stats duplicating. Now I downloaded the last patch and just played the story etc and then I went online to get some trophies with 1 of my friends Pistol Kills, 20 Standard races on each track and rockstar 1.

Now my stats are not duplicated and update about 30mins so I have noticed I am wondering if I play a certain occasion would I get the trophies since my stats aint duped.

There already is a thread saying, that it actually is possible to get these mp trophies in multiple sessions ; )

I'm hoping the same thing. Trying for Petrovic at the moment through multiple plays. Just making sure the stats update before leaving the game. None of my stats have doubled up so far. I'm hoping its gonna work. I'll let you know how it goes.

All that really matters is that the stats are updated before you start your next session. This can be annoying if you plan on just taking short breaks.

Next session meaning you turned the PS3 off and are starting it up again?

Not quite. Next session for me means having logged out then back in.

which is why it still confirms my half baked theories whether you agree with them or not... some of us are required to leave ps3's and gta games on to ensure petrovic stats remain saved... you prove my point without meaning to... but it's ok

Most the the times no. But sometimes I just got disconnected from the PSN. So, I had to wait for the servers to update. An easy way to check if they've updated is to recall the last game you played/won and then look it up in the Network stats to see if it's registered. This can take some time though.
