Story Missions

I never really got the chance to track the missions through the checklist. I've finish the story and it now says Story Complete on the save file so does that mean I got all story missions to get 60% for the 100% trophy?

I don't think you can steer off the mission path, the ones that count towards the trophy anyway Might need confirmation to verify this 100% though

You should be fine. I don't believe there are any that are missable.

I'm using the checklist and reading the 100% guide. It says on the guide "You must actually BEAT your friends at pool, darts, and bowling" Does that mean I also have to beat Brucie at darts even though it's not on the phone list? Same goes to the other 2. I hope somebody gets my question.

How much % will I get if I comeplete all activities for each friend?
Do I need to get a lapdance for the strip activities for all 3 friends for it to count?

No to the lapdance.

Here are the activities you need for each character:

Packie
Bowling, darts, drinking, pool, show, strip club
Brucie
Boating, bowling, drinking, eating, heli ride, show, strip club
Little Jacob
Darts, drinking, eating, pool, show, strip club
