Friends list bug?

Hi quick question : I was trying to invite a new friend of mine in my friendslist to a Multiplayer session, he wasn't in the list.. since then i added 2 new friends, and have same problem.. they also have the same problem, is it something with the servers? i cant seem to figure out why this is happening, i tried deleting and readding them, invite them thru friends and shit.. pls help me out >.<

Sorry for double post, but this looks more organized, anyways i've come to a solution for this.. GTA's friends list only can have 50 friends in it, now that we can have over 50 friends, all friends that you've added after the 50th won't be added to gta's list.

so i had to delete a couple of (1 year) inactive fellas, and my friends appeared in GTA.

That would be correct

You'd think maybe if you had 50 online at one time it may cause a problem, but it can't seem to work out who's who when there's only a couple
