Gifting cards question

I it still possible to gift a X2010 if it was in the form of a gift reward for say completing the Vettle challenge and getting 2nd place, 1st, 3rd, whatevs? I was under the impression that gift cars in the ticket form can still be given away despite their value. Is this correct? I know that I could give away a level card say level 24, but is this still possible with other cars that you win via races (Toyota Minolta for example)?

no any 1 type car tickets cant be send if worth over 1m credits.

wait so you can send a lvl card like the lvl 24 card? I got one for finishing the endurance series with b spec and there are only 3 cars it gives which blows all 3 are lame i want a unique car not one i can buy already...
