79 Golden Gun Kills
My proficiency says I have 177 golden gun kills, I know I have about 50 as I checked it about an hour ago. Is this a glitch on the stats, and is it going to affect my trophy?

Just got 2 more Golden Gun kills and it has gone up 2 to 179 now. Really worried it's gonna be impossible for me to get this one!

Was that because you used the cheats to unlock Classic Conflict? My stats ended up the same way after I used them. Didn't really mind since it didn't stop me from unlocking the trophy anyway.

Nah I haven't used any cheats. I didn't realise there was any! So I can get classic conflict open without grinding to level 35 first? (I should probably read the relevant threads here!)

The cheats aren't the reason or this problem would have been more common :P Personally never happened to me, but I have seen others mentioning this as well. I don't think it should prevent you from getting the trophy as it hasn't stopped others but it might delay it a bit, which has happened to some trophies like Boys With Toys.

Did you play classic conflict at all? Because the christopher lee character (forget his name) has the golden gun as his side weapon and kills with it make the stat go up but do not count toward the trophy.

Just got the Au-ned trophy now, so it didn't affect it

The stats say 217, although I (roughly) counted them myself as I was going along and it was about 79 when it did pop. The count must be saved in your game data, not the online stats.
