I can't seem to get the low fall kill execution. It says to throw them through a ground floor window. So Ive done this on cops, mobsters, and civilians but its not showing up as completed! I choke them till they're almost completely dead, lean them against the window, then throw them through the window (tried both unbroken at first and one broken already) to kill them but this does not work.

What am I doing wrong? Any specific area I can do it on?

You need to buy the neck snap ability in the dons view under your family click the picture of you. Scroll down through the abilities til you find neck snap buy it. You also need the garrote wire which you will get in a mission later in the game (in florida i believe) use the garrote wire on someone and the turn your controller to the right and you will do a necksnap.

Ok, I found this over at the 360achievements.org and it works even if you have beaten the game. You have to go to Cube and you can execute the Cuban rebels.

To do this right remove everyone from your crew.

To get this achievement go near the Casino Imperial on the corner nearest to the police station there are a couple of rebels there. When they start gesturing that they are gonna punch get close to the guard and he will attack. Time to do your execution.

As a side note, there is 1 rebel and 1 officer. The one shooting at you is the officer and the other that isn't is the rebel.

can anyone help me with the bottle kill? what's the best method?

i control 48% of the rackets and only killed one familly. i have been trying to get this kill asap so i can do all the grinding the game requires.

i discovered that at the safehouse in cuba there are two bottles there but i can't kill a person with only trowing one bottle can i? and if i try to take it too far it just disappears...

one mobster has a hangout place right next to that safehouse... can anyone help me with this?

you should do it with no one in you crew, knock the mobster down or shoot him in the knee, aim with the bottle and hes dead. Also make sure his health is at least 1/4 left.
