Awesome guide!

I refined your method for the 1000 hits trophy and the 1 million orbs, though. I used the same method you used with the Scourge of Erinys, with just a couple of changes. Instead of the Minotaurs, I used 6 Hoplite Sentrys, and I also set the difficulty to very hard instead of easy. I'm not 100% SURE, but I think the difficulty changes how much damage they can take, thus, more orbs per hit.

I timed my method and I was getting 100,000 orbs every two minutes, so I got roughly 1 million orbs in about 20 minutes give or take. One thing though, you have to unlock the Hoplite Sentry in the Temple of Zeus (first orb on a stand, left side of the room).

Props on the guide...wish I had it a few days earlier, LOL!

It really doesn't matter what specific enemies you choose. The difference will only be a few minutes.

For the record, this video went up 110,234 orbs over the course of 1:52. That is a per minute rate of exactly 59,025 orbs, or 16 minutes and 57 seconds to a million. I'm sure it can be faster, but as long as you get the general idea of how to do it, that's fine.
