Equip spear, just keep hitting square. You will swing the spear from side to side, killing the enemies around you and each box will break after 2-3 times doing that. I finished it with about 8 seconds to spare.

I personally used the Arms of Sparta as well. I just used one or two Scourge of Enyirs (Sp?) and kept throwing spears at the box. I tihnk I had 7 seconds to spare.

And to answer your second question TC, there are two sets of Athena Challenges you have to buy in the Temple. Amount of orbs or which ones exactly though, that I don't remember.
