It is the cutscene right before the Persephone battle. You need to watch the cutscene, lose the battle, and repeat until you have seen the cutscene 3 times.

I didn't overwrite my Normal mode file yet.

Loading up your save file from before beating the game should put you right before the cutscene.

I thought so to but i died a few times cheap deaths and got the trophy unintentionally lol.

If you missed it, don't worry. Once you finish the game, head to Treasures on the main menu, go to Movies and watch the in-game cutscenes. Just skip them until you reached the required video. Did it twice and the trophy unlocked.
