Walk Through

Step 1: Do the dance contest

Dance contest consists of two different types, before you're famous, and after you're famous. Before you're famous, you just want to get to the end of the song before you get 3 Xs (similar to America's Got Talent). As long as you finish the song with 2 or less Xs, you're moving on up in the competition.

After you're famous, there will be 3 thumbs up where the Xs would pop up. If you do horrible and start sliding to the left, you could lose a thumbs up. If you lose even one thumbs up, you may as well restart it, as no matter what you will lose and ask to restart anyway.

After you get to the end, the trophy for "Team Effort" will pop up, and all the songs you went through will also be unlocked.

HERE IS A GREAT TIP

Tip: A good way to get flawless *most* of the time is to position the eye in front of the tv like usual, and sit to the far right of it (I will draw a diagram). Either that or turn the PS3 eye far left or far right so it seems your sitting to the extreme left or right)



You want the want to be off the vision of the eye. It seems the wand registers shaking as well as movement. So by not registering the movement (its off the eye's vision) it just registers the shaking, which makes it give flawless a lot.

Songs are in this order:

• "Don't Cha" by Pussycat Dolls
• "Dancing On The Ceiling" by Lionel Richie
• "Don't Upset The Rhythem" by The Noisettes
• "Hot Stuff" by Donna Summer
• "The Promise" by Girls Aloud
• "I'm Not Gonna Teach Your Boyfriend How To Dance With You" by Black Kids
• "We No Speak Americano" by Yolanda Be Cool Vs D Cup

Step 2: Each individual song

Go into the "Get Up and Dance" [Upper left corner]. Pick Classic, and go to work on the songs.
There is a trophy for getting 50% on each song. Your goal on this step is to get 80% on each song. The reason is that there are gold trophies that require you hit a certain amount of "moves" in each song.
60% on
70% on
80% on

[Those are stars]

Just go down the list, hitting each song in order. If you get less than 80%, look at how many stars that song has. If its meeting the standards above, just move on. If not, redo it.

The reason this is step 2 is that the dance contest unlocks some songs that you otherwise wouldn't be able to hit.

You should also find out which song is the easiest for you to 100%. This is to get the "Perfect" trophy. For me, that song was "Push It" by Salt and Pepa. I had some others with 94%, but this one was easier IMO.

Step 3: Cardio mode

The last one for the platinum! This separate mode is about cardio points, which is pretty much how fast you can shake that controller. Pick which ever songs you like hearing, as the song choice doesn't matter.

Just pick a song, and shake the controller like crazy. I even spun it around (a finger in the wrist band) when i got tired of holding it (don't spin it around too much, it hurts your finger)

The longer the song, the more points you can get in there. If you average about 4k each song, you only need to do 5 songs.

It's accumulative, so if you take a break, you don't have to worry. Also if you want to find out how much points you got already, you can check your stats.

This is a mini platinum trophy. By getting all the other "get 50% on this song" trophies, you get this one.
Just follow my tip in the green, and you should be getting 94% on each song, although your main goal is to reach 80%.


Flawless
Complete a run of 20 flawless dance moves in any game mode.

HERE IS A GREAT TIP

Shape Up
Burn 20,000 Cardio points in Shape Up mode.

This is a separate mode, with a different goal. Pick any song (song choice doesn't matter, the longer the better though) and start dancing (or shaking, which is better). This mode registers the shaking of the wand. The faster you shake, the faster you earn "calorie points". Get 20,000 and this trophy will pop. All points earned is cumulative.


Perfect
Complete a song to 100% perfect in any game mode apart from Rehearse.

The easiest way to do this is to do "Push It". Shake the controller up and down in that "sweet spot" and you should ace the whole song. If this doesn't work, try again.

Push It is the best choice as the dance moves aren't too wide, meaning up and down will get flawless almost every time.


Easy
Complete all one star difficulty tracks to 60% accuracy in any game mode apart from Rehearse.

If you follow the tip under "Flawless" you should have all songs at 80% accuracy.


Pro
Complete all two star difficulty tracks to 70% accuracy in any game mode apart from Rehearse.

If you follow the tip under "Flawless" you should have all songs at 80% accuracy.


Master
Complete all three star difficulty tracks to 80% accuracy in any game mode apart from Rehearse.

If you follow the tip under "Flawless" you should have all songs at 80% accuracy.


Team Effort
Complete the talent competitions and win the show.

Go into the Get Up and Dance Group option (top second choice from the right)

This will put you in an audition type of mode.

Thanks for the concern. I will fix some of the issues, but as for the pictures, i submitted them to this site. Can i use other images? What i mean is i usually use pictures off this site's trophy list.

I submitted those images, but do i just put in the image address from the playstaion.eu site?

EDIT: i fixed some of the things. I think the pictures for the other colored trophies look too small. But when they are put into the trophy list, i can change those.

I plan to wait a day before submitting this.

I was sooo close to the first person to platinum this game legit.

We worked out that the shaking works. we also got 100% FLAWLESS moves in the song, and we got 99% after a full day

Thanks for the pic though, i'mma try again to get the platinum.

Other than the 100% trophy, it's a extremely easy platinum to get!
