ok, so i just completed 20 fitness workout, but it was weird how i got it, yesterday & today i didnt do a fitness workout....let me say 4 days now from the last one, i only did yesterday & today push-up on toe & push-up on knee 20 respectively once-only no repetition & no worm up or cool down , got both gold & it counted as a workout for 2minutes maybe

so it seems u dont need to actually complete a main workout to get the repetition trophies

finally, DANCE 100% in its 19 number session

i got 409 stars, 96% overall, 2 silvers 87% side bounces (which usually i get above 90%) & 89% on heel twist ( always between 90-88% ), the nw thing i did in this session is i got gold in 1 execise i always get silver on it, & 409 star which i dont think i reached it before, the last 1 was 406 i think

then i did a custom workout & got the 20 session dance trophy

by the way, the press up must be on TOES & the abs of steel trophy must be LONG ARM CRUNCHES

How long are your workouts? Do you set them on the maximum of 90 minutes?

I'm so glad someone figured that out! Would you mind if I used some information (I will of course credit you) in my guide? I need to rework it a bit so that it's a little more detailed.

If you mean things I said in the first post, go ahead. If you refer to D_E's post his advice may be better since he has really gotten some of those level 100 trophies. I'm stuck at step level 95... I've done about 8 workouts 30-60 minutes and overall percentage 94-96 % Every move is above 90 % I can't understand what is required to get from 95 to 100. It's definately BS

always 30minute, no need to exceed even if you are thinking about youre general health

luckily in my 1st physiotherapy session my back improved i actually went behind them & exercised

now am better but still minor pain, yesterday i was sure to get my 3rd 100% in combat but apparently i was wrong as got 461 star with overall 95% ( only 3 silvers 89%!!! ) the thing is... BACK KICK WASNT THERE when i did the exercise & its one of the 2 damn callibrating exercise always i fail in them (not getting above 90%) also in crouch punching i missed 4 counts ( not sure why but again calibration) in 2 sessions but got 96% on them both.

il be doing combat exercise till my back retains its fittness, i have cardio 75% but cant handle all the jumping stuff in it now

if you are referring to me sure go ahead, FUOJIN is right to, cause the game definitely needs a patch to address alot of ingame issue

remember to warn about injuries & overdoing the exercises which can cause over workouts (fatigue) and injuries to , always warm up & cool down

okay, so i did combat workout in custom section yesterday , from 500 stars i got 467 but 94% , this means both are not related as the previous one got 461 stars with 95% , also in yesterday i got 5 silvers (camera issue)

so its definitely not stars but percentage ratings, cause BACK KICKS sux , finally i figured out uppercuts (silly bend over & only 32 punches not like the easier 64 billy punches)

now if only i can manage a 96% in combat & improving back kicks , ill report after today workout later.

oh i forgot, the star fittness workout i figured it out : if u score in an individual exercise 96% equal or above youll receive 20 stars, if 95% youll receive 15 stars , then it drops down by one, in the 80!! ( not sure how much it goes to 10 )

okay , yesterday & todays workouts of combat got 95% overall (back kicks still not working)
the thing today especially what happened i got 1 silver back kicks 83% , but repeated more than 1 exercise just to get gold (calibration, dont know why it wasnt reading me) got 419 star compared to yesterday 467 (this means the number of exercise u did, scoring above 96% 20 - scoring above 90% 19 not 15 as i said before)

so its about the overall rating, but how to get above 96% i dont remember getting 96% or above in combat always 95% the maximum

so i am guessing if you get a rating above than youre usuall you will LEVEL UP , getting 90% or above constantly will eventually reach you level 90-95 in that workout , but getting 96% or higher will net you 100, but you need to raise youre FITNESS STAR ,LEVEL 1st

as most noticed you start the workout with lesser exercises & lesser count numbers (jabs 15 counts then increasing to maximum 60 jabs in combat exercise)

so to get 100 in the workout level, you need 1st to get higher fitness star which can be after getting in 1 exercise type a 96% or above will net you 20 stars, 90%-95% 19 & it drops after that ,

then after reaching and repeating the exercises (always choose if she told you she wants to adjust an exercise put it in the make it harder ) youre goal is to reach level 90 , to get it just keep scoring gold medals overal, to get it you need to get a score of above 90% , if you constantly getting a 95% youre level will increase much quicker than you will expect to , be aware the exercise count, normally before reaching a 20 session workout of 1 type of aerobic or fitness you should get level 100%, if you didnt get it, it means this type of workout is difficult for you or problem in calibration which letting you get lower ratings, increase youre fitness level & stamina by just repeating the exercise, get enough sleep, be sure you are hydrated & eating appropriate good amount of healthy food.

after reaching level 95 of 1 exercise , just try getting an overall rating of 96% or above which means...ALL GOLD (in dancing & steps which i got my 100% even before making 20 sessions of both of them by scoring 3 to 4 times 96% while i was level 95 , in steps i reached 97% my best overall rating which netted me level 100)

ill be doing only combat nowadays, tomorrow i wont post but ill report tuesday

craigdck said in the locked thread that Move is required to play the game - THE GAME DOES NOT REQUIRE PS MOVE.

When you start the game, it says "This game can be played with just a controller and PS Eye camera, but offers enhanced tracking when a PS Move motion controller is used".

It pisses me off when members contradict me when clearly they haven't even played the game. If craigdck owned/played the game, he would've known that PS Move is OPTIONAL.
