Please help me with my 3G Vita!!!

I have a 3G vita. every time I try to update my location in near wile connected to 3G i get "could not obtain data for your location", but when I am connected to wifi it works fine. What is going on, and before you ask yes I have my network enabled, and all the settings are set right. So has anyone had this problem? any help would be great!

I get that all the time with 3G and wifi.
