retreiving password for billing information on PSN

hi

i recently lost my visa card and had to get a new one with new details
but i cant update my credit card info in billing options because it asks me for a password that i have forgotton

how can i retrieve said password please?

there doesnt seem to be an option for it.....

If I'm not mistaken that password is your PSN password. I believe there's a way on the official Sony website to retrieve the password by having them send you an email.

You should be able to recover it through this, I would think.

yeah you are right it is the same password

you could also sign out then click sign in and it says 'forgot your password' type in your DOB and security question, Voila!!!
