Default Syncing trophies

Hi all bit of a strange question here but I have quiet a few games PSN downloads with 0% trophies and I have no intent on trying them as they were given to me from a friend once I got my ps3 online.

Anyway to the point is there a way of removing these so it doesnt make my list look real bad.

Sorry if this has been asked before.

You can always pick the easiest trophy on the list and just grind it out long enough to get one...at least it won't say 0% haha
