I'm sure I made a backup of my Burnout Paradise (Ultimate Box) savegame some time ago.
I will check again when I get home today. Maybe it got patched and they removed the protection.

Just copied it to USB drive, no problems. So Burnout paradise can be moved to the "Games saves patched to remove copy protection" section.

I compiled a list of the missing trophies:
No trophies (retail) for:
-Valkyria Chronicles
-DBZ Burst Limit
-NFS:Carbon
-Rainbow Six Vegas 2
-Rock Band (Disc han't trophies, DLC has)

No trophies (PSN) for:
-Dark Mist
-LocoRoco Cocoreccho
-Mega Man 9
-Super Puzzle Fighter II Turbo HD Remix
-Super Street Fighter II Turbo HD Remix
-Tekken 5: Dark Resurrection

You need to change Namco Museum Essentials from Retail to PSN

You probably should add this to the section about those wanting to resolve locked game saves. Contact the developer.

That is the sole reason how we were able to get Resident Evil 5 to be unlocked. A lot of us raided the Capcom Unity forums and there is a Capcom VP that regularly is around and was influental in accomidating the community's request.

Now I wish we could say the same about Bioware and Dragon Age Origins. There is a running thread on their forums that is getting very large and they said they would look into it. Still no dice. But like I mention, its worth a shot and a lot of times they listen and keep that feedback in-mind even if its for future games.

Why do Dev Lock game Saves? Will it work?

I know, but what if your PS3 brakes, ugh.
They don't have locked saves on the PC. (Would be even more worthless.)

Now don't some games have locked saves and some are locked to the ps3 itself. or are all games that are locked game saves locked to the ps3 specifically?



I only ask because Star Ocean 4 is locked to your own ps3 and is one of the reasons I haven't started yet since i have an original 60GB release and I don't think it will make it much longer.
