Ps3 Playstation 3 160gb Console Bundle (2 Games + Hdmi) | Games & Consoles, Platforms, PS3 Games : JB HI-FI
I was looking at a standalone PS3, but it would cost me $328. For an extra $20 I might as well buy that bundle and then sell the two games that come in the bundle and re-coop the extra $20 I spent plus at least another $30-40. I'm guessing. I am just not sure if it is worth it? Can I do better from elsewhere? It would be my second 160GB PS3, so just don't suggest buying a 320GB PS3. ![]() Oh, and sorry if this is the wrong section to post this. I'm not sure if it should have gone in Off-topic.

Hmmmm. Im not entirely convinced as to where this thread should go. I think off-topic would be a better place for it though.
Anyways... I payed $300 for my ps3, so if you can get all of that stuff (and it's in good condition... Be sure of this) for around 300 it sounds like an amazing deal. Last edited by TheEndofWhyOU; 05-03-2012 at 12:41 PM. |

Also, the bundle is a set price since it is from a retail store so there's no haggling, unfortunately. ![]() Edit: And I should mention the pricing is in Australian dollars, which is generally more expensive that the US. Last edited by JHChiBulls; 05-03-2012 at 12:50 PM. |

It actually sounds like a pretty shitty deal. $348 AUS dollars translates to $360 which is a rip-off. You can go out and buy a 160GB console for $250 at Amazon or a 320GB console w/ a Move Bundle for $350, which in my opinion is a better deal then getting the two games considering the Move Bundle is like $100 bucks.
If I'm not following your question correctly then let me know because I don't see any way that somebody could find that as a great deal. |

Lol, well.
Considering I buy stuff from the US every month or two I should know better. ![]() Quote:
So since I live in Australia, importing from the US is still an option? Consoles are cheaper in the US than here. With a US to Australia power adapter, of course. Edit: Just been looking through Amazon now. The $250 (160GB) console doesn't ship Internationally. But the 320GB Uncharted 3 bundle does and that one is $305 including the price of the quickest postage. Not bad at all. Much better than the bundle deal I posted in the OP. The 320GB Move bundle doesn't ship Internationally either. The 320GB standalone does, but that is $291, without the price of shipping so I might as well buy the Uncharted 3 bundle for a similar or cheaper price. I hope that all made sense lol. I think off amazon, you can only buy books and games, maybe accessories or something. If you try to buy anything major, it will say it doesnt ship to AUS. Its pretty shitty imo

That is true most of the time, but with the two 320GB listings Amazon.com have, they both say the following "This item is also available for shipping to select countries outside the U.S". I've already tried, I can go right through checkout without being stopped due to my location.
