Restoring Trophies....HELP!!

So I recently backed up my PS3 data and did a restore. It didn't come out perfectly. I've completed the Assassins Creed Revalations storyline and the in-game menu shows this. My trophies are not registering as completed. I've tried to go and replay the DNA sequences but it still doesn't register as completed.

HELP!! I dont want to play the whole game over!

PS....Ive tried deleting the game data and updates and reinstalling, no change.

Did you sync your trophies before backing up your ps3 datas?

The other thing is all my other trophies are fine....AC Brotherhood, COD, Star Wars..

Are you sure you synced them to the server before doing the backup? If so, also try to insert the game disc into your system: it'll initially show up as a 0% before you re-sync it to the server. Once you re-sync, every trophy you've earned and synced previously for that game will be there on your list.

Maybe they will appear after some time, or maybe there was a problem while backing up your data.. I remember backing up my data since my Ps3 had some problems, and the next day they were not there.

I had that issue come up when my PS3 YLOD'd on me.

Trophies were synced for White knight 2, but after getting a new ps3 and connecting, was missing a few of the ones I had gotten the day or so before.

Unfortunately, it's a tough luck situation..

I really defies anything I can think of. All my MW3 trophies, which I played after AC were in tact. Like I said the game itself shows everything completed, and Ive earned more trophies. Hopefully they show up and if not..........Im still adding them to PS3T checklist Xp

oh yeah....I cant access the last two Desmonds Journey missions either because of it. WTF?

I have a similar situation but with AC: Brotherhood.

On my Fat PS3, I almost Platinumed it, missing 2 trophies and had all DLC trophies. I synche that a long time ago, you can see it in my Trophy Cards.

When I transferred my data to my new Slim PS3. AC: Brotherhood everything fine except the DLC trophies, its says I didn't unlock a single one.
