i dont think it is a fair poll being that a few of those games arent even out bro..

ill go with Uncharted 2 for pure bias that Uncharted is my favorite PS3 game to date and moved right into my top 5.

I know it will be COD MW2 but I believe the Batman AA should get a shot. Uncharted 2 is a maybe. Why is LBPGOTY Edition in there?

Uncharted 2 hands down. But that's just my opinion. Modern Warfare 2 is definetly going to win though since it's all just a popularity contest...
