in the case of prince of persia warrior within, you need to add also the image chests scattered in the island. dont remember the exact number tough

X-Men Origins: Wolverine actually has 113. 95 Dog Tags, and 18 Action Figures to find. There are Mutagens, but I don't see those as collectibles, more like power ups to your character.

Assassin's Creed Revelations has 110 collectibles, as there's also the 10 Ishak Pasha pages to find.

Also, in Ratchet & Clank: A Crack in Time, there's 40 Zoni, 40 Gold Bolts, and 10 Holo-Plans to find, making the collectibles number up to 90.

Yep, you don't need all of them for platinum though. The only trophy they really tie in with is 75% completion, so it isn't bad. I'll actually make that more clear right now.
