What was your longest "grind" platinum?

Not sure if this has been asked before, my apologies if it has.

Mine longest would have to be BF:BC I don't have the plat yet but I only need 166 more kills for the 10,002 kills trophy! My online playtime was 131hours

My second longest grind was Red Faction: Guerrilla. Getting 5,000 kills, 100,000xp, 250 ranked wins and all the awards took a long time, one of my favorite mp games on the PS3 though so it wasn't too bad.

FIFA11 at about 300~ hours for the Platinum, will be overtaken again by FIFA12 I suspect, I took the long route and played all 500 VP games in Pro Clubs which takes the longest per game, was great fun though

Hmm, BF: BC, GTA IV, Killzone 2, Unreal Tournament 3 (most boring grind), Red Dead Redemption, Motorstorm Pacific Rift

Out of those, Motorstorm Pacific Rift probably. Lol that was my 1st PS3 game (Christmas 08) & platted it June 2010 xD The online was hell. The dev times were hell. The single player was hell. But I had fun

Jesus it took a while, mostly because I took a break, but I was so frustrated at the crappy online ranking & crappy rubberband AI. I remember a race where you were on a bike while everyone else had monster trucks. THAT was the bane of my life. But it has a 'I'll just have another go x5000' effect that game.

But when I plat it (soon), GT5 will be most grindiest, but alot of time was B Spec.

Must be FIFA 10. The platinum was around 200 hours long, or more, now I'm working on the DLC and I'd say it's another 100 hours. It's not too much fun either, just playing games over and over in shitty little 4 game tournaments against random teams.

It's not as bad as FFXIII though, that was probably a 100 hour platinum in total but it was a slow death throughout.

Gran turismo 5 definitely... over 600 hours.. took me 6 months to plat and I played almost every day

Getting to level 40 on A spec and B spec is a nightmare

434 hours on Cross Edge. Already put 512 hours into Star Ocean 4, though never really finished it yet.

Final Fantasy 13 was the longest grind in existence. Platinum took me 86 hours. Considering every second of that piece of shit felt like an hour, that effectively changes the time to 309,600 hours.

For the only game I grind without was Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood and I'm not sure how long it took. I know put in a lot time while going for the Soldier of Misfortune in Far Cry 2, which is sad to said that I still haven't completed it yet.
