Help please.

Can Anyone identify the missing item?

When i look through my totals on each map it says i have EVERY collectible, yet this one still shows as missing from the main menu pictures. Any help locating this would be greatly appreciated.

Ive just completed every other trophy and i have no clue how or where to find a specific file when the game thinks ive already found it.

This is all i need for platinum and i fear its a glitch of some sort.
