Augusta Tower 100% Help

OK, so I got through Augusta tower awhile ago, and I found out I missed a little part of the map in the tower. I'm at 99% and missed a part of it on the 12th floor and cannot figure out how to get back that that floor in both Augusta Tower -200 AF- and Augusta Tower -300 AF-.

The elevator in -300 AF- confirms Access Key 13 and only travels to floors 15 and 13. I explored part of floor 12, so I've been there before...What am I missing?

I'm not sure if the 12th one is the first floor you visit the first time you go to Augusta Tower. If it is, maybe you can close the gate and enter to "re-do" the episode, giving you another shot at it.

The 12th floor is indeed the first floor you arrive on when you go to the Augusta Tower 300AF. A time reversal there should do the trick.
