Because there is only one belt for each weight class and the way you get into matches means you have no hope of fighting the champ thats if there even online.

Theres only 3 weight classes online

so basically someone could win the belt and not play again? screwing thousands of people out of a title shot? or do they have some type of countermeasure in place for that
