Maybe it is different for you (based on where you live, perhaps) but I have been emailed a pre-paid return label that states no extra postage is required.

EDIT: I should add that I am in the UK, not USA.

I have created a thread on Neogaf, maybe this way the issue will get more attention:

Glitched trophy in FIFA Soccer (PS Vita), EA does not care. - NeoGAF

I also wrote to Electronic Arts Germany but have not received an answer yet. I won't stop asking them until I get a definitive answer on this issue, and I will document my correspondency with them. Other things I plan to do if they don't react: Contact several people who work for gaming sites / press, contact consumer protection agency, contact Amazon.de where I bought the game to get them to release a statement, make a website to document this issue, make a facebook group / petition, ... . Maybe this sounds over the top, but I absolutely hate when companies, (rich companies!) do this.

Emailed sony and they told me i couldnt get a refund. Heres aexactly what i emailed.

Ive recently bought fifa soccer from the playstation store and there is just one big problem. One of the trophies, "home and away" is glitched. Preventing many people from obtaining the coveted platinum trophy. im not the only one with this problem. Ive read on countless forums about the same exact problem and poeople are emailing ea on maybe adding a patch. But ea of course refuses to reply or resolve the issue. I just hope a refundwould he in order hecause this game isnt working as i would like. Thanks for listening

I think that the bugs with EA Sports, it's in the game.
