Yes, you get more chemistry points with a gold manager with the right formation than you would with a silver or bronze manager with the right formation.

Also I've noticed that if You're manager is from the same country that You're team You get extra chemistry points.

IE. Bronze manager with right formation gives U +3. But when manager is from the same country as youre team You get +10

The country of the manager doesn't matter though does it? Cus I play all English and have an Italian manager yet when I change to an Irish manager it doesn't change my Chem

managers also stack. so if you have 3 managers with +3% contracts, you get 12% contracts. And yes if you dont have a manager most chem you can get is around a 85 to 90

You can have 99 chem without a manager

Thats incorrect. Managers contracts vary from 0 to 1, 2 ,3% Max is 50% above that You only get 50%. So You can get 10 gold and 10 silver rare managers and get 50% contracts bonus.

You can easily build 99 chem without manager.

I have a 99 chem with no manager, is it worth to buy a suitable one to my team's formation? or is it just wasting coins?
