Gaining XP

Any tips on gaining xp,im moving along very slowly lol im only on level 10 and i dont have no online pass

just keep playing exhibition games ... you'll get there eventually

Play career mode, you get xp for signing players, winning cups and reaching milestones (10 games played etc)

Ive started a career with bradford lol ,yeah ill get there only play fifa occasionally nowadays

Just grind the exhibition games. As said earlier, you will gain XP for signing players, wins etc etc.

If you do eventually get online have a crack at the online challenges that are updated often.

do the challenges as often as possible. you get xp from them and it also increases the amount you're allowed to earn every day at the same time.

I think the harder the difficulty the more you earn, so I advise playing on the hardest difficulty and use the CPU modification to make it much easier. Also career mode is good as if you win titles, sign players, reach milestones then you're good. Also completing accomplishments with your Pro helps you aswell as you earn 10XP for each accomplishment.
