the guy I spoke to is investigating it. for a change I appear to have found someone at EA that is helpful. I will email him at the end of the week to see if he has found out any information.

I have all but given up on this one mate. I keep checking back in this thread occasionally with my fingers crossed hoping for some good news. Hopefully the guy you spoke to is genuine and is not going to just screw us around.

he seems genuine - hes aussie for a start and im not fighting through online automated support. I had quite a good exchange of emails so far. official yes or no would be nice for a change - not expecting it to be fixed although that would be perfect

Shut up SimplySupreme. We're glad that you have your FIFA09 plat, we have the right to think that it is not "normal" that a plat is no more obtainable (after 3 months !).
