Arcade Mode Glitch

Read online that there is a glitch allowing easy arcade wins:

"In Arcade mode, keeping spinning donuts near the starting line. When the race time is over and the car in first place crosses the finish line to signal the final lap, the next car to cross the line will win. Continue doing donuts until this happens, then simply drive across the finish line. Note: This does not work on all tracks."

Ferrari Challenge: Trofeo Pirelli (PlayStation3 cheat codes, hints, and help)

So I'm wondering, can anyone confirm this as working? If so, which tracks?

Wouldn't mind saving some of the grind.

Tell you what. I am on Expert Arcade right now nearing the end of the game's trophies and I'll try this out a little later. It's a little irritating trying to beat Expert when I lost it a couple times when I barely left the track once during each race.

EDIT: Okay, I've tried this and it doesn't work. It could be from before it was patched for trophies or just a random thing on certain tracks. Or I didn't do it right.

I say just do what I'm doing and use the F333 SP to play Arcade Mode.

The arcade mode is a pain in the ***. I must be doin something wrong. Races take 5 mins and you start 16th?

The beginner ones where dead easy, but im already struggling with the intermediate ones. I even dont want to think about the expert and legendary ones

The glitch definately does not work, so you'll just have to keep at it! Which car are you using? Use the FXX as its very fast and you can brake really late. I left expert and legendary for a while and did most of the other trophies. Came back to them and nailed them both, just a matter of getting used to the courses and the FXX. None of them are too difficult once you get the hang of them.

i like this game and its all i got till gran turismo finally is released .fxx......why didnt i think of that durrrrr
