Roadmap Overview Estimated trophy difficulty: 3/10 Total Trophies: 51 | 30(B) 7(S) 1(G) 1(P) (12(H)) Offline Trophies: 51 (45 if you don’t own a second controller.) Online Trophies: 0 (6 If you don’t own a second controller.) Approximate amount of time to platinum: N/A Minimum number of playthroughs needed: 1 Number of missable trophies: 2 - Fully Inked, Unheard Glitched trophies: The 6 co-op related trophies might not unlock in public matches. Do cheat codes disable trophies: N/A Extra equipment needed: (Second controller if you don’t want to go online.) Does difficulty affect trophies: No. PSN Pass required?: No, pass only extends multiplayer level. Introduction You shouldn't worry too much about the in this game. There are 3 difficulty options, but none of them are tied to a certain trophy. So play on whatever difficulty you want. You can even adjust the difficulty whenever you want. When you complete the story, you're still free to roam around the world and do whatever you want whatever ending you choose to get. Before reading this paragraph just remember, this will only happen if you ignore the roadmap steps. There is technically 2 missable trophies, but these aren't what you think. The reason they are missable is once you liberate all the camps, the pirates will disappear off the main island and will only be on the far left island and in some other locations on the shores 9Such as certain story places). Some skills also require kills and other missable tasks, see the guide for more info. The other missable that doesn't involve kills is liberating a camp without being the alarm being set off, but you should get this anyway as it is advisable to shut the alarm off. There are 6 co-op related trophies, which can also be obtained in split-screen. If you don’t own a second controller, you’ll have to do these online, which requires a UPlay Passport (Online pass). It may happen that the trophies won't unlock in public matches. Either keep playing, or play offline split-screen. Walkthrough Step 1: Playthrough the Story There are a few missable trophies, but you don't have to worry about these as long as you don't capture every outpost. While it's a good idea to capture outposts for extra money, experience and fast travel locations, you want to keep quite a few open for the missable trophies. And not all of them can be done in every outpost. You can also do some of these while playing through the story. There aren't any missables related to the story, so don't worry about that. While going through the story, it’s smart to pick up as many side missions and tasks along the way. These will help you towards an easier story progression and many other trophies. It would be also wise to activate any Radio tower you come across. These will open parts of your map and show you where most of the stuff is located. You'll unlock the Full Bars trophy after capturing half of the Radio towers. Also gather any plants and hunt and skin any animal you come across. You’ll need these for syringes and to upgrade your inventory, which you want to do as quickly as possible as your wallet at first can only carry $1000 and you can only carry one weapon, not to mention all the other upgrades. Doing this will also count towards a few trophies. Simply going through the story will net you the following story related trophies and probably some other random trophies: First Blood Magic Mushroom Worst Date Ever One of Us Hands Off My Stoner Retake Wallstreet Have I Told You? Taken for Granted Higher Than a Kite Deep Cover Poker Night What a Trip Step 2: Get all the skills unlocked and misc trophies, don't liberate camps. Once you've completed the story, see which missable trophies you haven't obtained yet. These are all combat related, so the best places to do these would be at outposts. You can choose to liberate outposts, but be careful though, if you capture all of them there will only be a couple of enemies about on the shores of the island. Some trophies can't be obtained in all of the outposts. You also want to unlock all the skills, then buy them throughout the rest of the game using the XP you get from the next step. At the end of this step you should have the following trophies: Unheard Heartless Pyro Love the Boom Rock Always Wins Never Saw it Coming Improper Use Island Paparazzi Free Fall Fearless or Stupid Say Hi to the Internet Poker Bully Toxophilite Improper Use Step 3: Liberate all 34 outposts, get all the collectibles and buy the rest of the skills Once you've obtained all the misc trophies, it's time to liberate any outpost you've got left for the Island Liberator trophy. Once you've liberated all outposts, you'll be able to fast travel all over the map, making the next step, collecting all the collectibles easier. There are 3 kinds of collectibles: Memory Cards, Letters of the Lost and Relics. You'll need to find all the Memory cards and Letters for the Memory to Spare and Dead Letters trophy, while you only have to find half of the relics for the Archeology 101 trophy. You also want to buy the rest of the skills with the Xp obtained in this step. At the end of this step you should have the following trophies: Fully Inked Island Liberator Memory to Spare Dead Letters Archeology 101 Step 4: Co-op There are 6 co-op related trophies. All of these require you to finish the co-op missions, nothing more, nothing less. These can be done in either split-screen or online. The trophies for completing them online are buggy and you may not unlock the trophy when you complete it first time, if this happens just keep playing the level until it pops. The trophies will unlock straight away though in offline split-screen. At the end of this step you should have the following trophies: Here We Come Return to Sender Rocking the Boat Hide and Seek Late Night Pick-up Getting Even Mastered the Jungle Edited December 5, 2013 by Terminator Added a link to the stickied guide. Vuule
http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/922/162.jpg Mastered the Jungle Obtain all the Trophies. Just like any other platinum trophy, earn all 50 trophies to unlock. Congrats! http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/922/DAB.jpg Free Fall Freefall more than 100m and live (Single Player only). The easiest way to get this is go to the glider at the top left of the map (Coordinates X: 479.8 Y: 793.6). Go up the hill to the glider on top and press on it to use it. Now all you want to do is go keep the glider flying forwards, don't press any buttons at all. When the minimap shows you are over the sea you want to press to let go, you will then fall to the water (You'll live even if the water is a few meters deep). The trophy will unlock shortly afterwards. Alternatively later in the game you will have to jump from a plane and be told to deploy your wingsuit, don't deploy it. Instead just fall into the sea. You will fail the mission but the trophy will unlock. You can also go to the following coordinates: X500.0 Y800.0 where you'll find a huge hole in the ground. Simply jump down (mind the ledges!) and the trophy will unlock. You'll also get there through story progression. [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QXH64d8Y6nw]Free Fall Trophy[/ame] http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/922/477.jpg Inked Up Earn 5 skill tattoos. To access the skills menu press then 'Skills'. Here you will see a variety of skills like; death from above, steady aim etc. To unlock them you have to use the points you earn from getting xp, as you level up you will get a skill point to buy one of the skills. Once you have bought 5 skills the trophy will unlock. See Fully Inked for more info. http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/922/238.jpg Fully Inked Earn every tattoo by learning all the skills. MISSABLE There are a total of 54 different skills to learn in the game. They are divided into 3 different skill tress The Heron, The Shark and The Spider. Each skill can only be bought with a skill point, these are obtained by getting xp from killing enemies, animals, doing quests etc. The game will notify you whenever you have earned enough xp to get a skill point. To access the skill menu press , then 'skills'. Press and to move between the trees. From the start almost all are locked, but as you advance through the story you unlock more. Not all unlock by story progression though. Just buy the ones that best match your playstyle, then buy the rest later on. You will most likely get enough XP to buy all 54 from just completing the game, so no grinding. Some skills are locked. These will require some actions to be taken first. If not, you'll have to progress through the story missions to unlock it. These are all the skills and their requirements. Most unlock through progression, while some need certain actions to be taken first. There's 1 requirement you can miss, which is colored red. The Heron Cook Grenades Hip Shooter Aimed Reload Long Gun Expert Syringe Potency Enhanced Syringe Potency Steady Aim Line Gunner Soft Landing Cool Gunner - Requires 10 Mounted Gun kills. You can check how many mounted gun kills you've got by going to your handbook, press and scroll to the bottom of the kills tab. Should easily unlock through story progression. If not, there are many vehicles you can use on the island with mounted weapons. An easy place would be outposts. If however, you've taken all outposts, you can provoke your allies and kill them. Or go to one of the following coordinates: X:481.0 Y:681.0, X:366.7 Y:695.4, X:661.0 Y:543.0, X:576.0 Y:430.0, X:546.1 Y:739.5, X:436.6 Y:427.0, X:369.7 Y:372.4 & X:266.0 Y:372.4 [*]Deep Breath [*]Breath Control [*]Marathon Man - Requires 5 collected Relics. [*]Death From Above [*]Death From Below [*]Dual Death From Above - Requires 1 Death From Above takedown. Requires the Death From Above skill. Plenty oppertunities throughout the game. If you've taken all outposts and completed the story, there are still a few places that spawn enemies, such as X:481.0 Y:681.0, X:366.7 Y:695.4, X:661.0 Y:543.0, X:576.0 Y:430.0, X:546.1 Y:739.5, X:436.6 Y:427.0, X:369.7 Y:372.4 & X:266.0 Y:372.4. You can also provoke allies and kill them with a takedown. You can always start a 'Wanted Dead' quest. [*]Dual Death From Below - Requires 1 Death From Below takedown. Requires the Death From Below skill. Plenty oppertunities throughout the game. If you've taken all outposts and completed the story, go to X:366.7 Y:695.4 and you can kill one there, or here X:481.0 Y:681.0, X:661.0 Y:543.0, X:576.0 Y:430.0, X:546.1 Y:739.5, X:436.6 Y:427.0, X:369.7 Y:372.4 & X:266.0 Y:372.4. You can also provoke allies and kill them, but it's much harder with this takedown. You can always start a 'Wanted Dead' quest. [*]Gunslinger Takedown - Requires 10 Hand Gun kills. The Shark Takedown Physical Conditioning Improved First Aid Advanced Conditioning Advanced First Aid Expert Conditioning Peak Conditioning - Requires 10 crafted Medicine Syringes. Adrenaline Field Medic Field Surgeon Button op - Requires 3 bought Body Armors. Adrenaline Surge - Requires 3 completed Supply Drops. Chained Takedown Grenade Takedown - Requires 5 Grenade kills. Heavy Beatdown - Requires 1 Bull Shark kill. Ironsides Evasive Driving Fire Retardant The Spider Sprint Slide Takedown Drag Running Reload Nimble Fingers Quick Swap Nimble Hands - Requires 3 bought attachement types. Expert Archery Combat Archery Expert Swimmer Jungle Run Ninja Step - Requires 2 outposts to be liberated without being detected. You'll need to liberate an outpost without being seen. Which means the white detection meter can't fill up. Use weapons with silencers, the bow or use takedowns only. Easily done with small outpost in the north. If there happens to be a cage with an animal in it, shoot the gate. The animal will start to attack the enemies. A good indicator once you've liberated an outpost, is to see whether you got 1500xp or not. This means you've succesfully liberated an outpost without being detected. [*]Knife Throw Takedown - Requires 3 melee kills. [*]Loot Takedown [*]Horticulture 101 [*]Zoology 101 [*]Penny Pincher - Requires 10 looted bodies. [*]Dealmaker - Requires 3 completed Wanted Dead quests. [*]Stone Wall http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/922/041.jpg Money to Burn Spend $5000 at the shop. Go to any shop in the game (‘$’ icon on the map) or one of your safe houses (‘>>’ icon on the map) and buy whatever you like. It’s accumulative, so you don’t have to spend $5000 at once. It’s also very wise to spend money now and then, because your inventory can only hold a certain amount of money. (Can be upgraded.) Money is pretty easy to come by. You can find money in chests, scavenge it from dead enemies, main and side missions and you can sell most of the stuff in your inventory. (You can’t sell your weapons.) Don’t sell all your leafs and hides you've collected though. You can craft items with it which will not only come in very handy, they’re also needed for certain trophies. You can check how you've spent by pressing . Go to your Handbook and press to open the statistics page. Check the World tab and at the top it will tell you how much money you've spent. http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/922/6AF.jpg Aftermarket Junkie Buy all attachments and paint jobs for one weapon. You can buy weapons at a weapon store or one of your safe houses. Interact with the weapon case or the seller and choose a weapon and press to customize. Use and to scroll between attachments and paint jobs. You can pick out any weapon to your liking and slowly buy all attachments and paint jobs for that weapon whenever you have the money. The cheapest weapons to upgrade are the weapons at the top. These don’t have any attachments, so all you have to buy are the 6 paint jobs for $200 each. Don't worry too much about buying weapons. You can get every weapon for free by progression. http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/922/DE0.jpg Rebel With a Cause Liberate 3 outposts. See Island Liberator. Harry94_
http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/922/848.jpg Island Liberator Liberate all outposts. There are a total of 34 outpost spread out over both islands. Non liberated outposts show up as a red flag icon on the map. To liberate it, you’ll have to kill all the pirates in that outpost. Some are harder than the other. (Total number of pirates, weapons they carry etc). You can check how many you’ve liberated, by pressing and by going to your Handbook. Few tips & tricks: Use your camera (press ) to tag any enemy possible to give yourself a huge advantage. Not only will you get to see what type of enemy they’re and what weapon they use, you can see them through walls. Be on the lookout for any red boxes. These are alarms which can be triggered by any enemy. If they trigger it, reinforcements will show up which might make things a bit more complicated. You do however, get to hear and see from where they’re coming and you get some time to prepare yourself. Setting up explosive would be wise. (If you liberate an outpost without triggering an alarm, you’ll also achieve the Unheard trophy.) Check the surroundings for animal cages, explosive barrels, ziplines and high advantage points. Some outposts have dangerous animals trapped in cages. Shoot the lock on the cage to set the animal loose and let it do most of your work. Try a different approach such as stealth instead of going in guns blazing. Prepare. Meaning, buy ammo/weapons and get some health items. If you’re still having trouble, you can always adjust the difficulty settings in the options menu. http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/922/3BB.jpg Unheard Liberate an outpost without triggering an alarm. MISSABLE For detailed info, see the Island Liberator trophy first. When capturing an outpost, you’ll come across red boxes. These are alarms which can be triggered by any enemy. You can deactivate these by either getting up close and pressing , or by shooting them. If you manually disable one, all alarms will be disabled in the outpost. If you shoot it, you'll only deactivate that alarm and not all of them if there are more. When you’ve deactivated all the alarm boxes, a message will appear at the top of your screen telling you all alarms have been disarmed. When an enemy runs towards an alarm, quickly kill them before they activate it. The best approach would be a small outpost (with only 1 alarm) and manually disable it. If however they do activate the alarm, you still have other outposts. You can also get yourself killed and you’ll get set back right outside the outpost, giving you another chance. You can choose to go in guns blazing, which can easily be done in a small outpost. Just listen carefully if someone is going for the alarm and stick close and kill anyone near it. There are a total of 18 Radio Towers. To check how many you've activated, press and check your Handbook. Radio towers show up all over the map. Radio towers which haven't been activated will show up as a red tower icon on your map. To activate a radio tower, you’ll have to climb it and at the top interact with the fuse box to deactivate the device the pirates have placed there. Some radio towers are more difficult than the other. It’s wise to activate any you come across, because they will open up details on your map and minimap. Also you need to have the radio towers activated for the item, loot etc maps to become effective. The trophy will unlock after taking the scrambler off the 9th tower. http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/922/617.jpg Archeology 101 Gather a total of 60 relics. There are a total of 120 relics. To check how many you've gathered, press and check your Handbook. On the shop menu you can go to the bottom and click the "Maps" title. Here you can buy item maps that reveal all the relics in a certain part of the island. Each map costs $500 and there's a total of 8 item maps to buy, so $4000. Radio towers must be activated in order to see the collectibles using the bought map though. There are a few different kind of relics (check your handbook). Some are hidden in caves, others are in plain sight, some are on top of hills while others are hidden behind destructible environment. http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/922/98E.jpg Dead Letters Gather all "Letters of the Lost". Vuule
http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/922/807.jpg Bagged and Tagged Complete a Path of the Hunter quest. Note: These quests will only be available on the job boards in liberated outposts. A path of the hunter quest is a quest in which you have to hunt and skin a animal using the weapons / equipment given to you. You can use your own weapons, as long as they're the same weapon type as the equipment that has been provided to you. They are marked by a deer head on the minimap and are usually found on job boards in the outposts. Simply go up to them and press to activate the quest. Successfully complete it for the trophy. You can easily find the animal in the designated area by using a Hunter's Syringe. http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/922/A2E.jpg Road Trip Complete a Supply Drop quest. Note: These quests only become available in areas where the radio tower has been activated Certain vehicles on the island will be flashing and when you get in them the option to start a supply drop quest will appear, they are marked by plus signs on the minimap. These are basically time trials were you follow the flares until you reach the end, none of them are difficult if you don't crash into anything. The trophy takes a while to pop, a good minute or so after completing the quest. http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/922/929.jpg In Cold Blood Complete a WANTED Dead quest. Note: These quests will only be available on the job boards in liberated outposts. A WANTED quest is a quest in which you have to kill a certain pirate using a certain weapon or takedown. They are marked by a skull head on the minimap and are found on job boards in the liberated outposts. Simply go up to them and press to activate the quest. Successfully complete it for the trophy. http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/922/788.jpg Let the Trials Begin Beat any Trial of the Rakyat score. On the minimap these are represented by a star in a white box. Upon finding them you will see a stone tablet with [uBI] *Dev name*. Simply interact with it and beat the lowest score. This is again easy and you'll most likely beat the high score first time. The challenges consist of killing the most amount of enemies using the giving weapons / lethals. You get more points for stealth kills etc, also a bonus for breaking the blue water tubs with a clock on them. http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/922/E55.jpg Poker Bully Win $1500 playing poker. On the map poker is represented by an ace of spades. All you have to do is win $1500 over all the games you play, not in one go. Each game pays out differently and has a maximum wager. You can check your progress by going into the Handbook, then pressing to access stats. In the world category you can see your total poker earnings. If you don't know how to play poker, press while playing poker for all the card combinations and a quick guide on how to play it. There are 4 difficulty levels: Practice $0 Novice $100 Skilled $150 Expert $250 You can't win any money in Practice mode, but it's a great way to learn the game a bit. Which each higher difficulty, your buy in is higher, but you'll also be able to earn more if you bust all the other players (your money x 4 if you bust everyone). Be careful though, with a higher difficulty, the opponents become more aggresive. They'll not only get better cards, but they will will raise and bet more often and with higher amounts. Even if you're a skilled poker player, the quickest way to earn $1500 would be to keep playing on Novice. You can choose to bust everyone, or you can quit out anytime you want. Quit whenever you have more money than the buy in and it will count towards the $1500 in winnings. When you choose to quit, it will tell you the total winnings you made before actually leaving the table. There's a very easy way to obtain $1500 in total winnings. You don't even have to know how to play poker! Before joining the table, save your game. Now join the table and choose whatever difficulty you want, depending on how much money you have and/or want to win. Once the game starts, immediately go All In. If you win, quit the poker game and save your game again. Keep doing this until you've unlocked the trophy. If you keep losing to much money or you have none left, press and press afterwards to quit the game. Continue again and you'll have all your money back you've lost after saving the last time. A predator is anything that is represented by a red jaw when it is attacking you, or when you take a photo of it. Predators consist of Kamodo Dragons, Lions, Crocodiles etc. All you have to do is use yourself to lure it until it starts chasing you, then kill it. An easy way to get the trophy is find a crocodile in the river that is sitting there, go up to it until it grabs you in it's mouth. Complete the QTE to kill it and the trophy will unlock. Another easy way is to start a 'Path of the Hunter' quest. http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/922/FE7.jpg Poacher Hunt and skin a rare animal. These missions lead you towards a rare animal. Be careful though. You can only use the equipment that has been given to you in this missions and rare animals can be fierce and strong hunters. (Such as a Golden Tiger for example.) All you need to do is look at what the requirement is to craft the item, for example; the basic wallet needs a pig hind to make it. For the trophy you need to craft any 5 and you really should be doing this anyway because it makes the game more enjoyable as you can carry more weapons etc. Upon crafting the 5th upgrade item the trophy will unlock. Simply equip it and kill 50 enemies with it. The flamethrower is a pretty good weapon as you just have to spay an enemy a bit to set them on fire, then they will just run around screaming. It works well on the heavy defence enemies too, so use it on them when you can. You can check how many enemies you've killed with the flamethrower by pressing . You can either set up a landmine or c4 on the road (preferably a stronghold with only 1 road) or obtain the Rocket launcher and use that on the reinforcements. Find a stronghold and start shooting and wait for one of the enemies to activate the alarm. Now listen in and you can hear from which direction they will come from. Reinforcements will show up in cars (boats if close to the water) and they'll show up in either a car with 2, 3 or 4 guys. You'll want to have a car with 4 enemies show up and take them down with 1 rocket or a landmine/c4. Be careful though. More cars can show up simultaneously and you need to kill 4 exactly! No more, no less. If however, you've completed the story and/or liberated all outposts, or are searching for a different method. Go to the following coördinates, X:576.0 Y:430.0, and make sure you approach from the west (there's a hill overlooking the place which is the perfect location: X:570.6 Y:430.3). Now, the spawn is pretty random, but there are 2 spawns with 5 enemies close to each other. If they don't spawn like that, fast travel somewhere and come back. (This might take a few tries.) Now use a RPG and make sure you kill 4 enemies exactly, no more, no less. To 'Fully distract' an enemy they have to walk over to where the noise came from and investigate, all the way to the rock you threw. Repeat this 25 times for the trophy. There is a few missions in the game where you have to complete it without getting seen so you'll be using rocks to distract the enemies. The best way to farm this is if you have liberated all camps is to go to the island on the far left, pirates will still be here. Just keep chucking a rock at an enemy. Wait until he walks to the rock and then back to his starting position, throw another rock in the same place and repeat. [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AEpXF1_oKYk]Far Cry 3 - Rock Always Wins Trophy / Achievement Guide - YouTube[/ame] http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/922/E2C.jpg Never Saw it Coming Kill an enemy with a takedown from above from a glider, zipline or parachute (Single Player only). You'll first need to unlock the 'Death from Above' skill from the Heron skill tree. With this skill, if you stand on high ground and jump down towards your enemy (or sprint and jump, as long as you have more height that your enemy), it will automatically perform a takedown from above. This trophy however, requires you to do it while using a glider, zipline or parachute. Ziplines can be found pretty much throughout the game, but it's hard to find enemies that are underneath it. Not to mention, you'll need to time the fall correctly. Same goes for the glider. While it's easier to aim for enemies, it can still be though while having to steer and having to time your fall. You can do this method even after completing the game and liberating all the outposts. Go to the island on the left hand side, below the doctors mansion. Up on a hill at X: 360 Y: 700 is a zipline and below are some enemies. All you have to do is lure one underneath the zipline by throwing rocks at the post on the hut in front of you. If you can get the enemy to stand at that post you don't even need to manually detach, you will automatically jump off and get the kill. The trophy will unlock shortly afterwards. Vuule
http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/922/8DC.jpg Improper Use Kill an enemy with the Repair Tool (Single Player only). The first thing you want to do is equip the repair tool. From any gun shop go down to 'Specials' then you will see the repair tool as the top option. Simply equip it with and . All you want to do now is find an enemy with his back to you for an easy kill. Once behind the enemy press to use the repair tool, this will set the man on fire. You have to hold the flame on them until they are completely engulfed in flames for it to kill them. If you completed the story and liberated all outposts, you can always start a 'Wanted Dead' side mission. There are also multiple locations where enemies will always spawn, such as X:481.0 Y:681.0, X:366.7 Y:695.4, X:661.0 Y:543.0, X:576.0 Y:430.0, X:546.1 Y:739.5, X:436.6 Y:427.0, X:369.7 Y:372.4 & X:266.0 Y:372.4. Note: The target doesn't have to be an enemy. It can also be done on animals or the Tattau warriors (your allies). You can either buy the bow, or activate 3 Radio towers and get it for free. You firstly need to buy the marksman sight for the recurve bow to get it to go 70m and be able to see where the bow is going to land easier. Once you've found a target, you can guess the distance, or you can set a custom marker on the map close to the target and check the distance at the bottom of your screen next to the minimap. A very easy way of doing this, is by going to one of your outposts. Go to the road and wait for a car with Tattau warriors (your allies) to show up. Go stand in front of their car and press and hold to commandeer their car. They will get out and stand idle close to it. Now set a custom marker on the car and take 70 meters distance or more. Aim a bit under the 80m mark on your sight. They wont run away or attack you when you miss. As soon as you start the game you have access to the camera. This very handy tool can be accessed with on the D-pad. Once you have it out you will be looking through a camera, press and to zoom in or out. Aim it at enemies and they will automatically get tagged. All you have to do for the trophy is to tag 25 different enemies. This will allow you to track their location, even through walls. This is very handy and should be used throughout the game, so you'll have no trouble getting the trophy. If you somehow completed the story and liberated all outposts without tagging 25 enemies, you can always start a 'Wanted Dead' side mission. Before you attempt this trophy, its wise to progress enough in the main story to unlock the 'Deep Dive' Exploration syringe. Once you've unlocked this syringe, you can craft it with 2 blue and 1 green leave. Green leaves can be found through the jungle, mostly grass areas. Blue leaves can be found in water. You can see all leave types on your minimap. Once you've obtained these, craft a Deep Dive syringe and assign it to one of your syringe slots with Now check the map for dark blue parts in the water. That's where you want to go. Find a boat or jetski somewhere at a shore and once you get to the dark blue area, use your syringe (with either or . Now quickly dive towards the bottom. Press to swim faster. The trophy will probably unlock before reaching the bottom. Once you hit the bottom and the trophy hasn't unlocked, quickly go back up and it should unlock. If not, you haven't gone deep enough. [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=esx-LN_y0N8]Fearless or Stupid Trophy[/ame] Alliteratively, you can just jump into the deep water and swim to the bottom. You will die though, but if you don't have the ingredients to make the Deep Dive it's easier to just die. You will re-spawn at the closest location. http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/922/157.jpg Here We Come Complete "Ready or Not" Co-op map (Online/Offline). Self explanatory, this trophy will unlock after you complete the co-op mission Ready or Not on any difficulty. General co-op information: When playing in public matches, the trophies might not unlock. Simply keep repeating the map until the trophy unlocks. When joining public games, if you're lucky you'll will be the host and you can choose the map and difficulty. Most of the time you'll get thrown in a random room though and you can't change the map or difficulty, unless you ask the host. You can also get thrown into matches that have already been started. It's wise to quit these and search for a match that hasn't started yet. Difficulty doesn't matter. This doesn't affect the trophies. You can also play in private matches or split-screen. These will also unlock the trophies. Tips & Tricks: When you level up, go change your loadout (at the co-op menu, press ). You can create up to 25 different loadouts. Also use the decoding feature. This will help you with leveling up and could grant you weapon mods. In each map you have to go from point A to point B. It's all lineair. When you get to the objective, you usually have to protect something, which will trigger waves of enemies. You'll see a small objective health bar at the top of the screen. When the objective is almost destroyed by the enemies, go to the objective and repair it with your repair tool (press on your d-pad). Don't forget that you have a battle cry. These are very handy in nasty situations. Do use them when close to your teammates, as this will also affect them. When a partner goes down, you have limited time (check the circle above him/her) to revive them. To revive, press and hold There are checkpoints in place. When your team dies, you'll respawn and you can choose your loadout again. When you come across heavy enemies (white health bar above their head) it's wise to use grenades, as these will easily take them down. You can also use a sniper and shoot at his head for a lot of damage. When flamer heavies show up, when they kneel, shoot their gas tank. This will cause heavy damage and might even kill them instantly. When you hear dogs bark, quickly locate them and kill them. If you don't kill them quickly enough they will jump at you. When they do, Quick Time Events will show up at the bottom of your screen. If you don't fail these, you have a bigger chance of surviving. The fastest and easiest method would be to get a teammate to shoot the dog. When you or your teammates get attacked by one, a dog head will appear on their and your screen. Help your teammates out by shooting the dog. You can also stand up high ground (if there's any) and stay save there. When you see enemies with red lasers, quickly take them down. These are snipers and deal some heavy damage. You can use stealth if you want (melee/surpressors), but that will only work if you work together as a team. There are ammo, explosive and syringe kits all over the place. Use these. When low on heath, if you don't have a syringe, press and hold when you get prompted to do so. This will heal you. Press and hold and select the Booster shot (bottom right) if you have one and you can give it to a co-op partner, which will grant him/her and you a boost, such as fast health regen for example. http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/922/F51.jpg Return to Sender Complete "Sidetracked" Co-op map (Online/Offline).
