Far Cry 3 Multiplayer Beta

Edit: Apparently, there are no longer any plans to do a multiplayer beta. They claim the beta was going to be used for stress testing, but that is no longer needed. That's unfortunate news, but it sounds like they are making good progress.

They will be offering multiple ways to get in. As of right now, only two have been announced:

- Purchase Ghost Recon: Future Soldier by or on May 22nd for guaranteed access.
- Head to farcrygame.com/sweeps for a chance to win. Note: This redirects you to a Facebook page, so an account will probably be needed.

I got my code from GameStop when I picked up Future Soldier at midnight, haven't redeemed it yet but I do look forward to checking it out. I'm interested to see how far they have progressed since Far Cry 2 which I bought & enjoyed.

I don't think you can redeem it yet. The beta supposedly doesn't start until later in the summer.

Man I would love to get into this beta... this is my most anticipated title for 2012 hands down.

I'm not sure if it's my most anticipated title, but it's definitely up there. I can't wait to play this! Mostly for the campaign, obviously. The map editor will be fun to toy around with as well. Who knows, the multiplayer could be a lot of fun too!

Anyway, I'll be looking out for all of the possible ways to get a beta code for this. If I happen to get an extra one, I'll let you know!
