You don't need to turn off the PS3 to witness the loss of xp, when you go into your stats you can see how much xp you have, now if you check the online leaderboards and find yourself (think you press square) it will tell you how much xp the server says you have (Its very rare they say the same) but when you turn on your PS3 next or come back from SP it asks the server how much xp you have, and so that is what you get

Okay, and it doesn't help to wait until the servers are updated? The same with GTA IV?

OMG, this game deserves 10. It's an absolute pain. BTW, no servers fix. And let me tell you a secret:

Gold online trophy means 1.500.000 XP.
You get 10 points each time you K.O. an enemy, 5 each time you definetly kill him.

It means you need 100.000 kills to make it. Absolutely insane.

I gave it a 9 mainly because of some of the online trophies, plus the offline one where you have to find all the diamonds...some of those hang glider ones are a real pain!!

Also the cell tower one often glitches meaning you have to start the game again (unless of course you have multiple save points!!)
