Before you attempt to add your signature you will need 10 posts to activate your User Control Panel. DO NOT spam the forum as your posts will be deleted. See the following link for more information: New Users Won't Be Able To Edit Profiles... Right Away

FAQ

Q – How do I create/edit my signature?
A – There are two ways to do this:

1. Click on the following link: Edit Signature.
2. Click on User CP > Settings & Options > Edit Signature.


Q – Is there a maximum size limit for my signature?
A – Yes, it can be no bigger than this:




Q – What happens if my signature is larger than allowed?
A – A member of Staff will ask you to resize your signature to comply with the site limit.


Q – What happens if I do not resize my signature after being asked?
A – If you fail to resize your signature after being asked the first time you will then receive a warning. If you do not adjust it after receiving a warning you will be given an infraction and your signature will be removed by a member of Staff.


Q – I want to add more stuff to my signature but if I do I will go over the 275 pixel rule, how can I solve this?
A – You can add extra stuff in your signature by placing them in spoilers, see the following thread for more information on how to create a spoiler - Spoiler Tags.


Q - Is there a limit on the amount of characters I can use in my signature?
A - The character limit for signature is 1000 characters. Characters include letters, numbers and punctuation etc.


Q – Is there a maximum number of images I am allowed in my signature?
A – Yes, you are only allowed to use 4 images. Your signature will not save with more than 4 images.


Q – Can I display other images in my signature?
A – Yes. You will need to either:

1. Upload the images you want to an album attached to your PS3T profile
2. Upload the images to an image hosting website.
3. Once you have the link of the image you need to click . Once a box pops up paste the link and save.


Q – I have made a number of posts in the forum already, I have added my signature now but it is not appearing on some of my posts. How do I fix this?
A –

1. Find any previous posts you want to add your signature to
2. Click
3. Click the Go Advanced button underneath the post.
4. Click the Additional Options section.
5. Finally click the Show your signature checkbox and save changes.

You can then customise the card's theme and text etc.

This card does not auto update so you will need to log onto the site every time you sync your trophies and click the red "Update" button at the bottom of the page.

I use Internet Explorer and I cant see it either.

**Fixed**

The image was appearing for me in Internet Explorer. It is still in my album so I don't know why it wasn't working. I have now added FiftyQuid's picture.

Thanks for letting me know.

EDIT: It appears the album I had the image stored in was set to private so it would not show the image for everyone.

I got tired of always having to go the to PSN Portable ID page to update and then wait for it to actually update, so I switched to this Portugese site's card and it works much better.

I dont get the 10 post rule.

It seems counter intuitive to me...

What would a spambot rather do, make a profile? or post spam?

Im guess the second. For that reason, it should be you can only post AFTER you make a profile?

In my opinion it makes no sense that requiring ppl to make 10 (random) posts before making a profile

If you wanna get rid of spambots, MAKE them customize their profile before being able to post. This means it takes more time to spam, rather than essentially encouraging ppl to spam just to set up an account!
