How do you put up a moving avatar ? I try to find it on the forums but didn't have no luck.

It also has to be small enough to be under the file size limit. Otherwise, the forum will compress it into a JPG file and thus it will no longer be animated.

The avatar needs to be 100x100 and no bigger then 19.5 KB in size.

And in this case, you'll want the direct link.

you need to resize it
resizing it to 78.75x100 should put you under 19.5 kb and make the deminsions propotional to the actual image
the file size will be about 15.625kb if you do this
