No, please don't post unfinished guides with only a few trophies. It says right in the walkthrough how you're supposed to do it, and what's required to prevent your guide from being locked.

So, that brings my old question again...But I think I have the answer:

I have to submit my guide when it's complete and, may the best guide be posted on the site?

Yes, and of course. Again, in the walkthrough it says that we're looking for the best guide, not the fastest completed.

I feel a need to bring this up again. Recently there have been many potential authors reserving space for their guides and barely have 50% of the game completed at the time of posting, of course in part due to the short time in between the release dates of the many various games available now or upcoming.

Its not that I have anything against the authors, but if the rules say you should have a majority of the game complete, I take it that having 80% of the trophies will make you eligible.

But nowadays it just seems to be the trend to reserve space first (and post content as time goes by) to try to discourage others from submitting their own guides. Because if a second person starts posting his guide even if he has achieved more, he gets comments like:"hey theres already a guide in progress, you should post your stuff there" (and likely not get credited/ignored because the original author wants to be THE ONE anyway)

I'd need examples, which you can pm me about if you'd like, but I've just been dealing with a guide that was opened prematurely, and only allowed it to be reopened after I was assured that someone who had access to the game early and has already platinumed the game will be helping with the guide. If you see a guide with no content, report it.

Most of the ones I'm referring to have already been accepted only very recently, though at the time of posting (and the following day), less than 50% of the trophies had descriptions with them.

I don't want to name them to prevent starting a feud and seeing as they've already been accepted, but I'll be sure to report any future incidences to you.
