This has been one of my main concerns; that I will overwrite a file too far in to be able to change faction rep in order to get the final 4 trophies. I am very glad to hear that you're working on figuring out the best way to do so, so that we all know exactly when we need to be careful not to lose a save.

Also, under missable trophies, I notice that getting all the companions recruited is listed. This is my other concern: that I will somehow miss a companion and have my game screwed up so that they can never be recruited. Is it possible to do so (besides killing them before recruiting, of course)? Or are there any points in the plot where if you don't say something correct or pass a speech check, you will never get another chance to recruit?

My concern was more that you'd accidentally kill one, but there are actions that could cause you to miss out on this trophy. For example, with a extremely lopsided character build that doesn't favor Speech or Intelligence, you might not be able to recruit Arcade at all.
