Hi there!

You don't actually need to go online to get any co op trophies.
Simply press start on controller 2 just before you complete each stage with no boss battle, and enter all boss battle (conclusions, epilogue) with 2 players.

I'm just grinding through medium on my own with 2 controllers!

Yeah I couldn't find anyone online, so I just did the 2 controller method. The game is not hard, just sucks that you have to play 6 times.
