Is it me or does it seem that he has no idea what he is talking about?

I mean, i was happily plodding along in 3rd place, Alonso in 2nd pits, i pass him while he is in the pits and the engineer starts applauding a 'brilliant overtaking maneuvere' ... Special!

Also, on Sepang, Schumacher had just exited turn 4, i was just going into it (there was about 5 second gap between us) and i hear him saying 'Go on you can easily outbreak this guy'

Anyone else noticed this? I feel sorry for the guy who lent his voice for him as codies have made him sound like a right douchebag

I've heard 'Go on you can easily outbreak this guy' when there is someone miles ahead of me many times, and when anyone is '5 seconds behind' they are actually more like 30+ seconds away.

I love it though after a race where i've finished first for him to say in a really calm voice something along the lines of "well done mate, good race" only to be followed straight away by "WHOOOOOOO!!!!!!!! YEAHHH!!!! WE DIDN'T EXPECT THAT RESULT MATE!!!!!!!!!!!! ' what suddenly made him perk up and start bouncing off the pitlane walls?

he also says totally random shit like hulkenburg is comin in2 the pits nd him p16 lmao wata tard id luv if they had official race engineers for each team i.e. rob, rocky...etc..

My engineer only cares about Alonso. "Alonso is pitting in the next 2 laps" When hes in 1st and im like 14th or something in a Lotus. Cant say im too bothered about what the guys 14 places ahead of me are doing!

I'm Red Bull, 2nd driver to Vettel in career mode, and for me, when I set a lap that puts me fastest, my engineer is on the radio saying, 'You're off the pace in all three sectors', but how can I be off the pace if I'm leading?? And there is the quote 'You are faster than Sebastian in all three sectors' when Vettel hasn't even set a lap. I hope Rob knows what he's talking about in 2011, or at least someone else that does. He really gets on my nerves.

Yeah they said they knew it was bad and they're fixing it for F1 2011 lol.

If I'm in the lead and I pit early and come out in 17th briefly because no other cars have pitted yet, i don't care when the guy in 16th place is pitting lol, it's obvious that I'm going to leapfrog him again when he pits in a lap or two
