Online Community...Dead?

Is this online community dead? or is this game worth the pick up? I know its a good game I have loved the F.E.A.R.'s up to this point and can't wait for the next one...I just hate having incomplete games on my account and dont wanna pick it up if I have no chance of obtaining the Plat for it :'(

you can probably still get the plat, but you have to boost. Just check out the boosting thread. As long as there are 4 people boosting you can get the plat.

youre probably not going to find a single legit game online unless you wait for about an hour. To boost, youre looking at about 120 hours of online game time. If you love fear but dont want to waste your life on online trophies, I'd say just start up a new account on your PS3 and play the single player campaign, which was a lot of fun. That way you can enjoy the game and not have an incomplete trophy count on your main profile

Im fine with boosting for the online trophies, that is no problem...I've just been searching through the threads trying to see if anyone is still boosting (i've seen some from like 3 days ago) and im still up in the air if its worth getting (I dont wanna deal with more than 1 account after i finish boosting my plat for MNR). So if I can find however many people I need to help me boost (not each day necessarily, but that will truly help me get the online trophies) then I will get this game, because I definantly want to play it before F.3.A.R comes out..

ah ok then. well, generally, if you add someone, there's a boosting chatroom that has people playing at all hours of the day that they can add you to. Usually its XP boosting, but I'm sure you can ask around to see if people wanted to boost the rest with you. As far as I know, there's still a lot of people trying to get plat. It's still a priority on my to-do list, so there's at least one

Good luck to you aswell on getting that 5* General trophy...seems like its gonna take awhile for that one...

I think it's a bit sucky how they always mix together the campaign and online trophies, considering how online communities fade. My approach is just to complete what I can via the campaign, as I'm not really into getting otherwise impossible trophies via hours and hours of boosting.

fair call man, online trophies for XP alone will set you back about 120 hours... I'm sure theres better things you could be doing
