Eyepet - Trophy Guide and Road Map
----- Overview ----- - Estimated Difficulty: 4 out of 10. - Approximate Time: 30 hours. - Offline: 34 Trophies. - Online: 1 Trophy. - Missable Trophies: None - Number of Playthroughs: 1 NOTE: The Shopaholic trophy (and also the platinum) may be unobtainable if you are in a region that cannot access the PlayStation Store. The Japanese store also has no items to download, so you will not be able to obtain the trophy if you only use the JP store. Trophy Breakdown: 13  18 3 1 ----- Road Map ----- Make sure your room is well lit, for example, turn a light on as sometimes this helps out the natural light.
----- Best Way To Go ----- - Your best bet is to go through all of the challenges first and unlock as many of the prizes as you can on your first try, it doesn't matter if you don't get gold, as soon as you complete the 15 days, you can always go back and redo them. - Feed your pet and wash him/her, then do a Pet Report. This should be the first 3 things you should do when you turn your game on. As the Pet Reports take 1 day (real life), you can either change your date manually or just wait for the next day. - Once you have the majority of the prizes you can press Start -> My Stuff -> Prizes and check the secret prizes to see what you need how you get them. ----- Trophy Guide -----  Platinum Pet Unlock all other trophies Pretty simple, just unlock every other trophy in the game.  Hello World Help your pet take their first look around Follow the instructions on the screen to hatch your Eyepet from the egg.  Songbird Teach your pet 25 different songs When you get the Singing Set (Start -> Magic Toys -> Singing Set), hold X and either sing or get some music and place it next to the camera and let go of X. Keep doing this to gain the trophy. Green Paws Fill your garden with different flowers Start -> Outdoors -> Gardening Set and plant each of the 8 plants there are. If you do not have 8, keep working through the days and you will eventually get them. Gourmet Pet Food Unlock every type of cookie When you plant things such as the strawberry plant, you can knock all the strawberries off which gives you a type of cookie. Do this with each plant. You have to unlock all the 8 plant types so you can get all the cookies necessary. Shopaholic Download 1 free item from the EyePet store Go to Start -> EyePet online and download any of the free items in the store. NOTE: This trophy may be unobtainable if you are in a region that cannot access the PlayStation Store. The Japanese store also has no items to download, so you will not be able to obtain the trophy if you only use the JP store.  Style Icon Give your pet 10 new looks This trophy can come naturally as you progress through the game by doing the photo shoots. If you would like it quicker, then go to Start -> Pet Care -> Styling and change your pet 10 times. One Good Day Pass a Pet Report You can send a Pet Report by going to Start -> Pet Care -> Pet Health. Scan all four categories of your pet's body. If they are GOOD then send the Pet Report off by using the mail button, if they are OK then feed your pet up and wash him/her first. Pet Panic Wake with a fright then stroke your pet back to sleep in 40s Stroke your pet until it is led down and slowly stroke it until it falls asleep. Once it is asleep, either clap your hands or hit your pet and it will wake up with a fright. Once you have done that, stroke your pet again and try and get it back to sleep within the allotted time.  Pet Artiste Teach your pet 50 drawings Go to Start -> Drawing -> Sketchbook and keep teaching your pet the same drawing until you get the trophy. 12-Wheeler Create a model car with at least 6 pairs of wheels and beep the horn Go to Start -> Drawing -> Model Car and draw a car which has 6 sets of wheels then honk the horn. It should look something like this: Flying Saucer Make a model plane that's only a wing and made of metal and fly it into space with your pet dressed appropriately First off, you have to style your pet like an astronaut, so get it into the Styling booth and get the Spacesuit and Space Helmet on. Next, draw a circle on paper or a spaceship shape and hold it up to the camera, make sure that it is made of silver then fly all the way to the top and let go of  .Stunt Pilot Break 140 mph in a model plane without smashing into the ground Go to Start -> Drawing -> Model Plane. Draw a very nice looking plane and fly your EyePet to the very top. Once your up there let go of and you should notice in the bottom left that the speedometer goes up to 140. It doesn't matter if you crash as long as you hit 140.Speed Wash Wash your pet in under 60s Go to Start -> Pet Care -> Washing and wash your EyePet in under a minute. Do the shower as normal, as soon as you get the shampoo put that on with your one hand and rub your EyePet with the other so the bubbles form. Once you have done that get the shower again and try to anticipate where your EyePet is going to run, and blow dry up and down for the finish. This may take a few attempts but you'll kick you will get it.  Day 1 Mastered Complete all Day 1 challenges at gold level Self explanatory really, just complete the day with all the challenges at gold level. Day 2 Mastered Complete all Day 2 challenges at gold level Self explanatory really, just complete the day with all the challenges at gold level. Day 3 Mastered Complete all Day 3 challenges at gold level Self explanatory really, just complete the day with all the challenges at gold level. Day 4 Mastered Complete all Day 4 challenges at gold level Self explanatory really, just complete the day with all the challenges at gold level. Day 5 Mastered Complete all Day 5 challenges at gold level Self explanatory really, just complete the day with all the challenges at gold level. Excellent Owner Pass 20 Pet Reports See One Good Day. To train your brain you can play a game of Snap! and for your muscles you can play tennis. Fish Fascination Fill your aquarium with every type of fish You either get the fish that you catch all the time or fish you get once a day/week. You'll have to fish at least once a day to get every type.
Solid Silver Complete every challenge at silver level or higher This is an easy trophy, complete every challenge at a silver or gold level. If you complete them at gold level, you will also get the Gold Rush trophy.  Best Friends Stroke your pet at least 30s a day for 5 days in a row Self explanatory. Stroke your pet for 30s a day for 5 days and you get your trophy.
Prize Bonanza Unlock every prize Basically, go to Start -> My Stuff -> Prizes and look how to unlock them. You will get most of them for getting gold in the challenges. There may be a few secret ones that you have to look out for in the prize section. Gold Rush Complete every challenge at gold level Get a gold in each of the challenges. Look at THIS POST for help with them.

----- Challenges ----- I will only post what challenges I think people may struggle on. If you want any more, please don't hesitate to ask.  Day 1 Follow the tutorial and you will pass day 1. Day 2 100m Dash Put each of your hands on the opposite sides of the screen and move your fingers about so that your EyePet runs towards them. Only move one set of fingers at a time otherwise this will confuse your EyePet. Friendly Face Move your camera so it is on your face, then when your EyePet sits ON your face, take the picture. You have to make sure he is sat ON your face and not by the side of it. Day 3 Pet Paparazzi As soon as you start this, when your EyePet's face is looking at you press R1 as many times as you can, don't press it too many time as you only have 35 pictures to take. Cookie Catch This can be quite difficult if it is not done properly. Start off by getting one cookie in your bucket and wait for your EyePet to open it's mouth. Once it has done that, throw the cookie up in the air, your EyePet will jump and catch it, give your EyePet a rest of at least 2 seconds between each cookie but be quick. Day 4 You're It! Draw a car but keep it small, almost like a box shape. Once you have done that, drive around your EyePet in small circles as it tends to run wide and make big circles. Bounce High This is a test of your hand-eye coordination. If you see your EyePet keeps jumping to the left, put the trampoline under it so it bounces on the RIGHT side, it will then bounce right. Do the same with the right side but make it bounce on the LEFT. Day 5 Play Fight Your best bet for this is keep both hands at the top of the screen and when it's about to jump, move one of your hands to the opposite side of the screen, your EyePet will hit the one hand but it will not count as you moved your other. Keep doing this until you get gold. Day 6 Smash & Sing Firstly, I got very very annoyed with this challenge, it took me about 20 attempts and then I gave up and looked on the internet. I found this info which will help you out ALOT when doing this: Quote:
Once you have done that, it becomes ALOT easier to complete this challenge, I did it first go after configuring my audio device. Stupid camera. Day 7 Perfect Pin Practice makes perfect on this challenge. Only strikes count so you better be good at getting them. Day 8 Shooting Stars With this challenge, make sure once you have collected the shooting star, that you land safely and do not crash land otherwise the shooting star disappears. Day 9 Flower Arrangers Production This took me a while to do also, to get the right colour of the plant you have to look out for the tabs on the side of the packet. It's just a case of trial and error. Day 10 Fruit Crush For this one, you must pick up the bat and hold , wait till your EyePet throws the watermelon up in the air and then release . It shouldn't take too long getting gold.Day 11 Tiger Trainer For this challenge, you must change your EyePet's fur to orange and give it black tiger stripes. Then you have to go back to Day 10's Circus Hoop challenge and just before your EyePet makes it through the hoop, hit  and take a picture. It may take a couple of goes before getting it right.Day 12 Cap Speed Record Run as fast as possible with your EyePet, you have to avoid the gates as much as you can to build up speed. Day 13 Let's Fish Keep your net ready and watch the shadows in the water. If there is a fish near your EyePet press or make some noise. Catch the fish and put it in the aquarium.Fruit Salad Put your EyePet's bee outfit on and go to Start -> Drawing -> Balloons. Draw 10 balloons and make sure they are made of watermelon. Hit the balloons up in the air and wait until your EyePet jumps in the air and snap the picture up. Day 14 Polar Pet For this, take all your EyePet's clothes off and turn him white. You may have to change the colour more than once as there are quite a lot of whites. Go to Start -> Outdoors -> Fishing Set and get fishing. Get your EyePet to make a fish jump out the water and take the picture. The moment is so quick you have to capture it amazingly fast. Day 15 Dance Moves Try to remember the moves and copy them afterwards, if your memory is not that good you can write them down and follow them.

Nice! i have a problem .
I need gold in 3 days, and my savegame is corrupted  I start a new game, but dont deleted the corrupted save, i play, i quit game in day 3, i go to savegames and there isnt eye pet, only Corrupted save !, i go to the game and i can play the new save (the day 3, not the corrupted) . I can play normal, but i dunno.. still playing with that save?

So your saying that you can get to Day 3 on your savegame but then it corrupts?
Very strange.. I'm guessing the only thing you can do is delete the corrupt savegame and then start a new game dude. :/

No, im from spain, no speak english so good.
Im saying i start a new game because my old save is corrupted, i play, i quit game in 3rd Day, and go to savegames and eye pet savegame is corrupted. I entered game again, because i think the new save was corrupted too, but no, i still playing in the newest savegame

Hmm... maybe try playing until day 2 and see if you still get a corrupt save, if you do, then maybe your PS3 is bust :/
Does it corrupt for any other game at all or just EyePet?
