I have both and I enjoy both. Honestly, if my friends did not have a 360, I wouldn't have gotten one.

I hated my time with the 360. I gamed on it for about 2-years and had nothing but problems from start to finish. Everybody claims that XBL is way better then the PSN, but they're full of shit in my opinion. The only things that XBL have that the PSN is missing out on is party chat and playing music during games. I had 2 or 3 different 360's in 2 years and one of them spent 2 months with Microsoft so they could tell me my harddrive was fucked and then they shut down my account for 6 months (not kidding) because they felt my account was under danger by hackers which is complete bullshit since I'm definitely not a hacker and there was no proof that my account was in any form of danger. It killed 6 months of my XBL gold membership which they never reimbursed me on fully, and only gave me a free month of gold as payback.

To verify that I'm not full of shit and kissing Sony's ass check my old gamertag (JoeyDemon138) and you'll see that my GS is nearly 30k which shows that I had the system for a little bit. All I can say is fuck them and I'm glad I switched back to my PS3.

It's obvious that not everybody has had these problems as there are millions who use XBL daily, but I still feel that the PSN is a lot better. Way more exclusives, better PSN titles and the XBL community is full of little teenybopper 9 year olds who talk shit during online matches. /rage

I've got one of the slightly older model 120gb models after 4 consoles died in 2 years and it's been great so far. There's a new FW update due sometime in the next 2 months which adds in some decent features such as Boosting Beacons.

I don't play on my Xbox 360 that much any more as I'm too wrapped up in my PS3 but it's still well worth having as it has some really good games and Backwards Compatibility for some of the older last gen Xbox games.

Ultimately it's up to you if you decide to get one but it's a good system if you give it a chance.

I'm still fairly new to Xbox, bought it back in May? I like the exclusives and feel that there are a few games that play smoother on it. The clan I'm in have divisions for both PS3 and Xbox so it's been good in that I can meet new people in that sense over on the other side. You do have to pay. I love the Party Chat system and the avatars are cute, and there are some content you get earlier than on PS3.

Each system has it's own + and -. I'm not into the whole "360 vs ps3" war. I enjoying gaming and the experiences that come with having both consoles. I do play on PS3 more though lol. Could be cause I've been gaming with some people on PS3 for some time now.

Sorry for the late reply. I can't make them get a PS3 as there Xbox fanboys.
I was playing Gears Of War 3 but i've got all of them.

If you have been playing ps3 for a while you will most likely not like xbox unless all of your friends are on it and you like playing with friends or you have an exclusive that you really want.
Same thing vice-versa.
I've bought an xbox before but i didn't like it very much so i sold it.

It's hard to get used to another console when you've been with one for years.
