Achievements vs Trophies - Page 3

I like trophies, but I wish the leveling system would be more understandable (other then people who look at the thread on here)

I don't really prefer one over the other. They are both fun to collect. I like how they are both different in their own ways. Sometimes it's fun to switch it up a bit.

I like Achievements more as there were no Trophies back in the day when i first got a PlayStation 3.. I like earning 1K on games and thats the reward for completing them.

Im gonna start building up my new PlayStation Gamertag here soon though.

Trophies.
I like that there is a trophy for collecting all trophies and the levelling system is great. It's cool to say you're a LVL 26 gamer

I also prefer seeing how many trophies I have collected, instead of a number that doesn't actually state how many achievements you have earned!

I dont own a Xbox 360 but I thin trohies because you get the Platinum for collecting all of them...
and also becaise "trophies" sounds better

"Trophies" sound so much better then "Achievements" because when I read the word "Trophy", it feels like i`m being rewarded for doing something good. When I hear the word "Achievement", it sounds like i`m in second grade.

Now, this is another thing. The Leveling system is so confusing to me still. When I first got my PS3, i went all through the XMB trying to figure that out. Even tho Ive been here for a little while its still extremely confusing.

Trophies. I've got both a PS3 and a 360, and I just prefer trophies -- there's no satisfaction in 1000G'ing a Xbox game (in my case Blops) as you don't get anything special apart from it appearing on your dashboard if it's 100%'d

Trophies... who doesn't love hearing that noise made by your next platinum?
