If it's Mainichi Issho then well could when the server was up. Shuukan Toro Station though is Japanese account only for trophies because of the subscription much like when the Misato Katsuragi was available.

It's replaced by a game called Shuukan(Weekly) Toro Station. So in other words, it no longer exists just like Misato Katsuragi.

Bet it doesn't matter anymore now that the servers are down but there was a YouTube guide on how to enable auto news scroll on one of the menus so you didn't have to press X all the time.

With Mainichi Isshou & Misato Katsuragi .... PS3T needs to just close all the threads from these 2 PSN games & no longer allow newer posts to be added .

Nah. You should be able to talk whereever you want. If the games don't have possible trophies anymore, then it's still a trophy game.
